At around 8 months, baby can discover this delicious new recipe. The fork mash texture will get him familiar with slightly more solid food. The mix between swede and parsnip will give baby a more savoury introduction to vegetables, with all the quinoa goodness that comes with it.

How to use
Heat for 30 seconds in the microwaves at 750 Watts, either in the pouch or in a dish, or warm the pouch in a pan of boiling water for 1 minute. Stir and check the temperature. Bon appétit!
